Part 2

Background

President Biden’s decision to withdraw all American forces from Afghanistan by September 2021 is allegedly seen as a victory for Pakistan. However, the planned withdrawal and its implications on Pakistan could be acute, ranging from the proliferation of widespread violence from Afghanistan to different and changing dynamics in the relations with its neighbors and potential risk for its domestic stability.
